David Vacca - Inspector

David is a fireman with a background in construction, logistics and safety compliance. A jack-of-all-trades, David is able to provide more than just standard home inspection package but also is able to provide additional services such as: Drone inspections, Mold investigations, Lead Testing, etc.

Pat Porzio - Inspector

Pat handles inspections for 3DPI in the Eastern Pennsylvania area. With over 25 years of experience in the HVAC and Plumbing industry he is a wealth of knowledge and experience.
